When do you put the soy sauce and beer in the wok for Pijiu Yu? There is no mention here or in Chef Lynn’s Corner in Bloomfield Hills Living magazine.

    • Thanks for letting me know that! I updated the recipe in the blog. Unfortunately the magazine is already published, but I’ll make a Facebook post about it. You pour the soy sauce and beer on top of the vegetables, put the cover on and cook it for about five minutes. Let me know how it turns out! Sorry for the error. ): Chef Lynn

    Dear Ms. Miller,
I am with the Friends of the Rochester Hills Public Library and would like to talk to you about making a presentation at a fundraiser at the library coming up March 14, 2015 that we call Wine, Wit & Wisdom. The evening consists of a strolling dinner and wine served in between 6 different speaker sessions, 2 of which attendees choose in advance. The speakers talk for 20 minutes with 10 minutes Q&A. The program is modeled after “Ted Talks”. I would love to hear from you. Thanks much for your consideration.
